Registration
The maximum number of participants is 30. All the participants must be medical students, members of an IFMSA NMO. In order to participate in the meeting you have to fill out the registration form and deposit the registration fee in the bank account of the OC. The registration fee is 30 Euros and includes:
- Accommodation for 3 nights
- 3 Meals per day
- Participation in meeting lectures
- Social Program including an excursion on Sunday
- Conference Bag
- Handout Material
- Workshop CD-ROM
The transportation costs is not covered by the OC of the meeting.
Terms of Participation
- Only citizens of EU countries can apply to the workshop.
- Your NMO must be informed about your participation.
The following terms will apply in case that the number of the applicants is more than 30.
- Max. number of participants per country is limited to 3.
- Motivation Letter is important for the selection. In case of selection of the participants it will be taken into consideration.
